Shed FAQ

How long does shed delivery take in Weatherford, TX?

+

Once your shed is built, on-site delivery and placement in Weatherford and Parker County typically happens within 1–3 days of completion. For sheds we build on your property, there's no separate delivery step — we frame and finish it right where it will sit.

What is the lead time for a custom shed?

+

Current lead time is 2–4 days from signed quote and deposit to build day. Larger 12×16 and 16×20 sheds, custom windows, and busy spring seasons can add a bit more time. We give you a firm build date when the quote is locked in.

Do I need a foundation for my shed?

+

Sheds 8×12 and smaller can sit on a properly leveled gravel pad or pressure-treated skid foundation, which we can prep for you. Sheds 8×16 and larger — especially the 12×16 Workshop and 16×20 Barndo — should sit on a compacted gravel pad with treated runners at minimum, and we recommend a concrete slab for workshop use, heavy equipment, or long-term barn-style builds.

Can you prep the site and foundation for me?

+

Yes. We regularly level pads, lay gravel, and set treated skid foundations as part of the build. If you want a concrete slab poured, we'll coordinate with a local Parker County concrete crew and schedule the shed build around the cure time.

Do I need a permit for a shed in Weatherford or Parker County?

+

Most rural Parker County properties don't require a permit for a residential accessory shed, but inside Weatherford city limits and some HOA neighborhoods you'll want to check setback rules and size limits — sheds over 200 sq ft (our 12×16 and 16×20) more often trigger a permit. We're happy to build to your city or HOA specs.

How far do you deliver and build sheds?

+

We build sheds on site throughout Weatherford, Aledo, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Springtown, Azle, Millsap, Peaster, Poolville, and communities within about 30 miles of Weatherford. Longer hauls are possible — just ask.
